Yotabyte Sidekick is a free browser extension that adds quick links, a command palette, right-click actions, and live overlays to Maropost cPanel. This policy explains what data the extension touches and where it goes.
None. Yotabyte does not collect, receive, or store any data from Sidekick users. No analytics, no telemetry, no error reporting, no tracking. The extension never phones home.
Sidekick stores configuration data on your own computer using chrome.storage.local. This data never leaves your browser.

The only network call Sidekick makes is to your own Maropost store's API endpoint, using your own API key, when a feature you have enabled needs it (for example, fetching order cost data for the margin overlay).

No data is sent to Yotabyte. No data is sent to any third party.
Sidekick does not use any third-party services, SDKs, analytics platforms, or remote code. There are no external scripts loaded, no tracking pixels, no ad networks.
Sidekick requests the following browser permissions:

All data is stored locally in your browser. It persists until you uninstall the extension, clear extension data, or manually remove a registered store from the settings pane.
Sidekick is a business tool for Maropost store operators. It is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. For significant changes, a notice will appear on the Sidekick product page.
